Amazing Acai Bowl
Enjoy an amazing acai bowl! Acai, pronounced (ah-sigh-ee) is a superfood from the Amazon that has many health benefits; potassium, fiber, calcium, phosphorus, protein, vitamins C, E, B1, B2, B3 and fatty acids Omega-9 & Omega-6. It is a superfood because you get almost all your day's nutritional needs from this one fruit. Research has shown that acai has some of the the most antioxidants than any other fruit or vegetable. Antioxidants protect your body from damaging free radicals roaming the atmosphere.
The consistency of many acai bowls is soupy. I personally like a thick rich fruit bowl. Here is my version. I hope you enjoy it!
Play with it & add or take away anything you want to. The raw seeds, fruit & high antioxidant acai make for a pretty nutritious breakfast or snack!
